NBC Sports Ventures, LLC, and its parent company NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“NBC Sports,” “NBCU,” “company,”
“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides these SMS Terms and Conditions (the “SMS Terms”), which govern the provision and
delivery of text messages by us or our text message service providers to you. NBC Sports provides this text message
service to: (1) provide you with information you requested from company, such as reminders of our upcoming
broadcast events and links to editorial and video content from NBCSports.com, and/or (2) inform you of company
products, surveys, newsletters, sweepstakes, or offers that may be of interest to you.

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your
agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by sending an email

support@nbcsports.com with “Revoke Electronic Consent” in the subject line. To view and retain a copy of this
disclosure or any information regarding your enrollment in this program, you will need (i) a device (such as a
computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such

SIGNING UP FOR COMPANY TEXT MESSAGES
Please review our
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, incorporated herein by reference, for information and notices
concerning our collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
You may subscribe to receive text messages from us in various ways, such as through our website or by texting the
opt-in keyword to the number we provide you. By signing up to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS
Terms, and NBC Sports’
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You also agree that NBCU or its agents may use any
automated or non-automated technology to send you promotional and/or informational text messages. You
understand that you are not required to receive NBCU text messages as a condition of purchasing services or
products made available by NBCU.
COSTS OF SIGNING UP FOR NBC SPORTS TEXT MESSAGES
NBC Sports does not charge you for its text message program. But message data rates may apply, so depending on
your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable
provider.
FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
We may send you an initial message confirming that we have received your opt-in. After that, the specific amount of
text messages may vary depending on how you use our services and the types of text messages you registered to
receive. The number of text messages you receive may also depend upon factors including how you use our services
and whether you take steps to generate additional text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request). 20
msg / month max.
PARTICIPATING CARRIERS
Content is not available on all carriers and carrier participation could change. As of July 18, 2018, our text messages
can be sent through most carriers. The content is not compatible with all mobile device models. The list of
participating carriers may be changed at NBC Sports’ sole discretion without prior notice. NBC Sports and the mobile
carriers (such as T-Mobile) will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages or changes to the
participating carriers as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier with active participation at that
time.
ELIGIBILITY
By signing up to receive NBC Sports’ text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and
understand the obligations and agree to the terms set forth in these SMS Terms and the NBC Sports Terms of Use,
all of which form binding agreements between you and us. You further represent that you are the subscriber of the
cellular service at the mobile number provided or that you are authorized by the subscriber to sign-up for texts.
OPTING OUT OF COMPANY TEXT MESSAGES
We may offer multiple text message programs operating through different phone numbers. To opt out of a text
message program you’ve enrolled in with NBCU, you must text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to a
text message from NBCU. You understand that your opt-out request is specific to each program. If you have enrolled
in multiple programs, you must opt out of each program. You further agree that texting STOP, END, CANCEL,
UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT in response to our text message is the only reasonable method of opting out. You also
understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than
STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from
our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out
via text message. If you have revoked consent and want to re-enroll in our text message program, you can resume
your enrollment by requesting to receive text messages again through the applicable enrollment mechanism.
MODIFICATIONS TO THESE SMS TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms, or any part thereof, or add or remove terms at any time, and such
modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in the NBC
Sports text messaging program shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or
deletions.

The mobile operators participating in this campaign include, but are not limited to AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile (T-Mobile is
not liable for delayed or undelivered messages), MetroPCS (GSM), and Verizon Wireless. If your mobile operator is
not participating, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Some operators may not support some services at
the process offered. Pre-paid users may not be able to participate. Please check with your mobile operator.
